Controversial Childcare

I think it's fair to say that most of us in Blogland think it's improper to spank children, so I have tried other methods to control my child when he has one of 'those moments.'
.
.
.
One that I found effective is for me to just take him for a car ride and talk.
.
.
.
Some say it's the vibration from the car, others say it's the time away from any distractions such as TV, Video Games, Computer, IPod, etc.
.
.
.
Either way, my child usually calms down and stops misbehaving after our car ride together.
.
.
.
Eye to eye contact helps a lot too.
.
.
.
I've included a photo below of one of my sessions with my son, in case you would like to use the technique.
.
.

.
PS - This works with grandchildren, nieces, and nephews as well.

Before anybody gets on their high-horse .... this post is a JOKE, a SPOOF, it's NOT REAL, and I would NEVER drive my son round on the front of my car.

I'd put him on the roof instead as he might block my view

;o)

I agree, the roof rack is so much more practical,

think of it as a very useful training to make them really cool at college as a natural ability to roof surf will definitely stand them in good stead!

Cheers Alex

I am simply appalled at your post!

How very dare you even consider giving your child such a bad haircut!

No wonder he was in a bad mood!

Shame on you.
