Come Shopping With Me!

The sun was lovely and warm while I was driving on the motorway on my trip to the Bicester Outlet Village today.
.
Want to see what I saw?
.
(These photos have all been snapped on my mobile phone - I thought it was slightly less conspicuous than my camera!)
.
My first port of call was, obviously, here:
.

.
.
.
.

.
.
.
.
After I'd got over the excitement of the Kidston experience, I mooched around the rest of the village.
.
Right next door to CK was this shop:
.

.
These caught my eye, but they didn't have them in my size:
.
.
I can just see me on the school run in these ... a snip at £145 ($290)
(Eat your heart out Katy at IAGM)
.
By this time I was getting a bit peckish so I looked for somewhere to have a bite to eat.
.
I didn't fancy queueing for my lunch :
.

.
Or rubbing shoulders with the posh in here:
.

.
So what's a short, fat girl to do for lunch when surrounded by beautiful, skinny, rich people?
.
.
Diet Coke and a bacon and cheese panini, which, excuse-me, is just a fancy name for an expenisve toasty.
.
I popped into a few other shops, just for you dear readers, of course!
.

.
.

.
.

.
.
Spot the bored man in this shot!
.
At one point a young couple passed me.
He was dressed in a short-sleeve shirt.
Her (in an exasperated tone) : "For Pete's sake, just go into Fat Face and by a coat. I'm not wandering round the shops all day listening to you moan about how cold you are". That made me chuckle. I bet when they left the house she asked him if he thought he should wear a coat as it was a bit chilly outside?
.
And just because we don't see them nearly enough any more :
.
.
Did you enjoy our shopping trip? It didn't cost you a penny!
.
PS - Fabrics in CK have gone up from £8 to £10 a metre, which is still much cheaper than their other shops.

Thanks for the virtual shop. It's the only kind I can afford at the moment :o)
Loved the bored man shot. That's why I always shop alone. Moaning men and bored kids drive me mad.

flippin' heck, I am going to have to go there at some point. £145 for Jimmy Choos? BARGAIN, and those were just perfect for a spot of gardening, I think ;)

Can't wait to see the purchases - it's VERY exciting virtual shopping, isn't it?!
