.
Well, he arrived this morning - absolutely ravenous from his journey and unfortunately, there wasn't enough dark-chocolate in the house for him, so he had to make do with daisies for pudding!
.
.
We left Wilbur to settle in to his new surroundings and get acquainted with Colin, whilst we went on a scare-crow hunt in the nearby village of Lacock.
.
A lot of you will know Lacock, even if you don't realise you do....
.
.
It has been used countless times in a lot of TV period dramas and films, such as Larkrise to Candleford and the Harry Potter films.
.
The primary school in Lacock always lay a scare-crow trail, and this year the theme was Cats and Dogs.
.
We bought our map and then set about trying to identify all the dog and cat characters the villagers had made. Can you guess these?
.
.
And whilst we were guessing some of the scare-crows we saw this proud looking moggy enjoying the sunshine....
.
.
Here are some shots from Lacock - recognise any of it?
.
.
.
.
This stream is at the bottom of someone's garden.
.
.
The bridge you can see leads to this thatched summer-house ....
.
.
How idyllic is that?!
.
Anyway, I must go now, I think I hear the truck backing up the driveway with some dark chocolate for Wilbur.....
