Tat Will Do Nicely

.
It's official.
.
I've only gone and done it.
.
After years of indecision.
..
I finally took the plunge.
.
I made the appointment.
.
I endured the weird "ice-burn" type pain.
.
I've moisturised daily.
.
I've flashed it to anyone I meet, whether they're interested or not.
.
Except you dear Blog reader.
.
It's your turn to see it.
.
Are you ready?
.
Here it is ...
.
.
.
.
My tattoo !
.
.
.
.
Yes, it's a shabby-chic rose!
.
Can't think where I got my inspiration from!
.
And for those of you who haven't had one, and have been thinking about it but can't stand pain ... it's really not that bad.
.
Imagine how it feels when you hold some ice next to your skin - you can take it for so long and then it starts to hurt in a burning type of way. Well that's what it felt like, but just as I started to think I couldn't take it any more, she lifted the tattoo-gun and moved to a different bit of skin.
.
It took about 50 minutes and felt like sunburn for a few days afterwards - tender when it was touched, but not agony.
.
If you've been thinking about having one ... go for it!
.

I've always wanted a tattoo, but never really sure where or what.

you know having tattoos is like having a slice of the most scrumptious chocolate cake...? After that first bite you just want more and more and more.
My Husband has stopped me at two...he has forbidden anymore - that is how strongly he feels.....ha ha ha
It is lovely though!
