Not Quite Twiggy ...

.
Regular readers will know that I have ongoing issues with my hair.
.
Well today was the day I finally got it cut.
.
I went into the salon clutching my "I want to look like this" photos which every hairdresser must hate.
.
These were what I wanted:
.
.
.
.
This is how it looked in the hairdressers.

.

.
.
And this is how it looked when I got home.

.
.

.
.

.
I promise to not leave it so long before cuts next time. *

  2. I haven't had a hair cut I have been happy with since the late eighties.... mind you that could be because of the fatter face and flabby neck! ;D

I don't seem to have a regular hair dresser... do you?

My hair has a natural slight curl and hairdressers these days seem flumoxed by wavey curly hair.... they all seem to want to take the straightners to me.... I like curly hair... I am a leo and its my mane.... gggrrraaarrrr! ;D

I really like your new doo.... it really suits you and I will try and make an effort to get my hair cut more than once a year ... possibly!

  3. It's a lovely haircut, but you know what would make it even better? If you'd walk around with a fan blowing on your hair at all times. Then you'd really have that model look.

  6. Like you've just stepped out of the salon. Oh! You have. I prefer your look. Twiggy seems to have forgotten to put anything on under her coat. You'll get parky love, put some undies on! (that to Twiggy - just to clarify)

  10. wooow! you look great! You must be very happy and satisfied (it happens rarely to me when I go to the hairdresser: I always don't get what I wanted :( ) ..and btw, around ten years ago, I remember going to the hairdresser with a geri halliwell picture.. saying "I want my hair like that!" LOL
ps: yes the pictures are from castle combe :) I recently moved in swindon (the nice area of swindon.. if there's any ^__^ wella ctually, really on the out-out-out-out-skirt!) and all my italian friends want detailed pictures and stories about my area, the uk and all the lovely villages around here! So we are almost neighbours !!! :) hugs federica

I've promised myself a haircut when my littlest one starts school as a for of consolation. It's been a very long time since the last one. I have no idea what style to ask for though!
