I have a friend who has a 3 year old little girl who has been poorly this year with an ongoing health problem.

She has been in and out of hospital but despite all that, she is a bonny little girl who is always willing to laugh at my nonsense!

Her mum asked if I could make her a special applique picture for Christmas which I was delighted to do.

.Everything you see came from my stash and it's just about the girliest thing I've made in ages!

Here's hoping 2009 sees an improvement in her health.
