150-ish Blog Giveaway

Well, so none of us noticed that my 150th post has been and gone....
.
I was asked months ago by my neighbour to make a pin-cushion for Christmas for her grand-daughter who loves ballet and has a sewing kit.
(she knows to give me plenty of time to get things made!)
.
I love this pattern on Heather Bailey's blog and had a bash.
.
.
I'm completely useless at following patterns, so after much tongue-sticking-out-to-one-side and head scratching I did get one made:
.

.
I enjoyed doing it so much, I made another one!
.

.
And I'm giving you, dear reader, the chance to win it for yourself!
.
Just a little something to say thank you for stopping by my blog and reading my inane waffle on a regular basis!
.
Leave a comment on this post by Saturday 18th October and I'll get boy*jelly to pick a name out of the big pink bowl.
.
That includes you lurkers....
.

  19. Luv your delicious art form! So very comforting just to look at. And that ab fab old-timey fabric you so lovingly chose for the pin cusion - reminds me of my little old auntie's homemade quilts. She used material from her babies old clothing (in the '40's!.) So sweet!
